Accounts

You need an account to publish a vehicle or to access the full contact features. You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for the accuracy of your account details.

Listings

The seller is solely responsible for the accuracy of their listing's details, photos, and price. MotorSur reviews every listing before it goes live and may reject, pause, or remove it for violating these terms. Private sellers may have up to 2 active listings at a time; dealerships have no such limit.

MotorSur does not take part in the sale

MotorSur connects buyers and sellers, but does not take part in the negotiation, payment, or delivery of any vehicle, and does not verify ownership or mechanical condition of what's listed. We recommend inspecting the vehicle and its paperwork in person before agreeing to a purchase.

Reviews

Only dealerships can be reviewed, not private sellers, and only if you had prior contact with that dealership through the platform. Reviews go through moderation before publishing; MotorSur may reject reviews that are false, offensive, or don't reflect a real experience.

Prohibited use

You may not publish false, illegal, or misleading content, impersonate another person or business, or use the platform for spam, fraud, or anything that harms other users.

Intellectual property

The MotorSur name, brand, and design belong to us. By uploading photos, video, or text to your listing, you authorize us to display them on the platform for the sole purpose of publishing and promoting your listing.

Limitation of liability

MotorSur is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the service will be error-free and aren't responsible for agreements, payments, or issues that arise between buyers and sellers outside the platform.

Account suspension

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, without prejudice to any other action that may apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform changes. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay.
